Stud farm of the famous Lipizzaner is located only 11 kilometres from Trieste. The Estate was established in 1580 by Austrian Archduke Karl von Habsburg, son of the Emperor Ferdinand, in the middle of an oasis of centuries-old oak and linden trees. During a guided tour you will learn how is the 400 year-old tradition of breeding and raising horses being developed further. Presentation of the Classical Riding School is definitely an unforgettable experience for every visitor!
